I am thrilled to be a sponsor of the Concord Turkey Trot 2023! This year, the beneficiary of the annual 5K run / walk is Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa, who is celebrating 40 years of nourishing lives.

Please register and participate! Here’s the link you need - Click Here! Fees to register are $35 with a discount for families, but these fees go up on Nov 1. They are also looking for volunteers to help with the event. There are links on the registration page.

This wonderful community event is taking place on Thanksgiving morning at 8am in Newhall Park - 1351 Newhall Parkway, Concord. For all of us it is a neighborhood event.

Whether you can participate or not, Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa serves healthy and delicious meals to those in need, and there are many ways to support them:
